We put together this retreat to give you the space to re-connect, in order to bring balance. We’re simply here to guide you through daily yoga, health talk, and delicious nutritious food. All done at the beautiful Pertiwi 1 Bisma resort, in Ubud.

What is Included

Daily Yoga

Begin your day with a Sunrise flow, ended with Pranayama (breathing exercise), and a short meditation. And end your day with another beautiful sunset flow. Build a connection back to yourself through the practice of Yoga. In the daily yoga sessions, we’ll practice Hañsa Therapeutic flow: a gentle contemporary flow yoga that can help us reconnect with our bodies natural suspension and condensation and bring balance back. 

Nutritious Food

Treat your tastebuds to a selection of vibrant local and international flavors every breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Carefully prepared by the kitchen team, these delicious meals will reconnect you back to the healing nutrition of whole foods. Most of the meals presented will be vegetarian to nourish you through the plant-based goodness.

Wellness Talk

Bring balance to your life by learning about yourself better. Through our daily wellness talk and discussion, become more aware with your behaviors and constitution and learn what you can do to bring wellness back into your life. We want to empower each one of you and remind you that your wellness comes from within. 

Healthy Food Demo

Learn simple, delicious, and nutritious plant-based cooking that you can easily do at home to support your daily food intake.

Agung & Meta

Hi! we’re so excited to had taken the time to check out this retreat! Both of us came together because we have a passion in helping others through our own ways. Meta through yoga, therapy, and ayurveda and Agung through nutritious whole foods and her social work. Both of us are also passionate about nature, the environment, and our relationship to all that surrounds us. We’ll be your co-hosts in this retreat. We hope you join us and we look forward to meeting all of you!


I’m Meta

I’m a traveling yogi, art lover, and nature lover. I believe that we all have the ability to create shifts and transformations to heal ourselves. I also believe that love is the greatest power in the world and we can learn to spread more of it towards ourselves, others, and all the living beings in this world.


I’m Agung

I’m a lover of life and a believer of humanity. I believe that we have a power to make a difference in doing whatever small things we can do, from picking up the litter you see on the road and helping others in need. I love cooking and love learning to make the healthier version of some of my favorite food!
